Our durable Brass Engraved Valve Tags, perfect for streamlining maintenance and operations in any facility. Our tags come in a convenient pack of 25, crafted from high-quality Brass (CZ120) and designed to endure even the most challenging conditions. Each tag has a robust 38mm diameter and a thickness of 1.0mm, ensuring visibility and resilience. The tags feature a pre-drilled 5mm hole for easy attachment.
Precision is at the heart of our tags, with rotary engraving at a 0.35mm depth offering clear and long-lasting markings. Customize your sequence numbers with up to three characters in a striking 13mm size, with optional standard legends like GAS, HTG, and HVAC, ensuring easy identification for a range of systems. Text can be color-filled in various options, or left natural for a classic look.
Engineered for longevity, our Brass Engraved Valve Tags boast an indoor life expectancy of over 50 years and an outdoor lifespan of 10-25 years, subject to environmental conditions. Withstanding temperatures up to 150°C colour-filled and 650°C natural, they are suitable for a variety of applications, and they remain robust down to -50°C. Average resistance to high/low PH, alcohols, grease, and oil marks the resilience of these tags, making them a reliable choice for effectively marking valves and equipment.
